High Availability Sage 300, is it possible?

I'm thinking of starting a little pet project.  HA for our central Sage 300 server.  It provides a few other services as well - most of which have HA backups.  My question is; is it possible to setup Sage 300 in some sort of HA mode so if the primary Sage 300 shared directory server fails, another one can take over?

I plan to implement a fail over solution as well.
Using Windows Server 2012R2 and SQL Server 2012.
Accpac runs in a terminal server VM and the DB on a separate VM.

For failover I'm planning on using Hyper V replication on the Accpac VM. The Accpac VM would replcate with another VM.
For SQL server I would use a separate backup VM which has SQL server installed and set up SQL server replication, not Hyper V replication.

If the master fails, I just need to make a DNS change to point everyone to the backup terminal server.
I don't have any workstation set ups.

Short answer is no - Sage 300 has no settings for failover.
