Item Module Exporting

I am having issues exporting database on the item module. It only exports half the database. Also I have to check all criteria to display anything for "optional fields"

What are you exporting to? Excel?

Tried CSV and Excel. Still same issue

Never mind got it solved. Did it through CSV then had to split the optional fields in half via notepad that way it can open. I just don't know why it won't do it normally for Excel.
