Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 English - 64Bit 

Database :  SQL 2008 (Collation-Chinese_PRC_CI_AS)

Sage 300 Version:  2016 SP1

Currently we are using simplified Chinese, in CS Client, it works. But when accessing by Portal, it shows messy codes for Chinese characters.

We have followed the brochure of Portal configuration , changing the Format to Simplified Chinese in Region, changing Locale to China, but does not work.

Do you have any suggestion for this issue?
