Unable to print to email

Hi there,

When we print reports to email the following error occurs "Print Engine Not Opened".
We did a Microsoft office repair but we are still not able to print to email with outlook open.

Any clue?

Sage version?
Outlook version?
Workstation OS?
Are Sage and Outlook both running as Administrator?
Did it used to work OK?

Erp 2016 PU1
Windows 2012 R2
Both ran as admin.
And used to work ok.
