You will find PORPT.INI in the \PO63A folder in the Sage 300 program folder. Edit the file in Notepad, search for the [POPOR01] section and comment out the line type=DATAPIPE.
There is a section in the user guide that explains this.

I comment out line type=DATAPIPE in [POPOR01] . currently using customised report but still get the very same error, should Edit the file in Notepad, search for the POPOR01-SA1 or POPOR01-SA2 section and comment out the line type=DATAPIPE. Still got the very same error.
