Activate AM v62A (Norming's Asset Accounting) Error

Hi,

We have a customer that recently buy AM. We just install and when trying to activate in a testing company (to setup AM master files, importing fix assets opening balances and so on) we get these errors :

We just did common tasks to fix this : uninstall/install with administrator rights, force to run as administrator when running a) AM unreg.bat and reg.bat or b) runtime/regacc.exe and so on...no luck same issue. Customer has Sage 300 ERP 2012. Any idea?

Run Sage as Administrator, or run REGACC as Administrator.

You are trying to install Normings 2014 (62A). From your screen shots it appears Sage is version 2012 (61A). You need to install Normings 60A to run with Sage 2012.

Hi Jay. Yes we did that. Its strange...What I saw is that environment has Sage 300 ERP 2012 (v6.1) without any updates (current one is Update 6) and AM 6.2 Update 2 compatible with Sage 300 ERP 2012 was released December 2016. So probably an issue with that. Maybe we need to install Sage updates first there.

AM6.0A, AM6.2A and AM6.3A are all compatible with Sage 300 ERP 2012. I check first that with Norming.
