Excel 2016 with Sage 300 2012?

Client moving to new software per new owners in a couple of months, so do not wish to upgrade Sage 300. Sage 300 v 2012 local install, data on server.  Workstation crashed, wiped and reinstalled. External IT firm installed Office 365 with 32 bit Excel 2016.  Financial statements will not run after the Sage reinstall. Client swears they were running financial statements with 2016 last week before the system crash.

They have tested it on another workstation and it is running fine with Excel 2016 on that workstation. Any ideas? Macros are fully enabled, add-in is added.

Any advice is appreciated.
