I upgraded from 2014 to 2017, i activated the new report designer license.  I shows activated in the Sage 300 license manager.   But I can't run financials it indicates I do not have a designer license.  when i look in the intelligence reporting license manager it shows that I do not have a report designer license.    not sure what else to look for for ideas on how to fix.
