Payroll with Sage ERP 2018

What version of US and CAD payroll do I use with Sage ERP 2018? I believe it is v7.3 correct?

If it is v7.3, where can I download the install files? I am having so much trouble navigating the downloads on the Sage websites. I can download v7.2 but not 7.3? Yet I can see tax updates for 7.3... very frustrating.

Also, is there a version of workforce Analyzer for Sage 2018?

For workforce analyzer, the portal sucks, I found it once on a 2017 tax update, which isn't listed anymore.
