If the amount is cleared with write off, it goes to the writeoff account.
If the amount is cleared with bank error, the error amount (difference between transaction and cleared amount) remains in bank services waiting for future clearing as the implication is that there is a bank error which will be fixed by the bank so you would then reflect that in a future bank reconciliation
