Hi, 

On Sage 300 2019, AR statements are not printing for some customers. I have checked their last print date. Reprint also not helping. Tick box is there in customer and Zero parameter also including in the report. 

It seems recently they have enabled the tick box on the customer. Earlier it was untick and all the transactions were posted. If this is the case, how to make it  available all the transactions till the date for the customer?
