Check that it is not stopping on a specific employee by trying to run it for small batches of employee ranges. If you can identify a specific employee you will want to review the HRMS record for missing dates or other setup. In the Payroll Link also check the employee configuration you are using and look over the class mappings and earnings and deduction code mappings.
