Columns and rows is cut off

Question

Hi All, 
 I am making a new Financial Report. After 1st FR View, all the columns and rows lets say column A-E, row 1 to 5, are showing. Then I add more columns (F-H) and row (6-10), the new columns and rows are not showing after FR View. IT even remove my stuff on row 6-10 to fit in the Result after FR View. 
 
 How to solve this? 
 Another problem that I am having is dynamic content. 
 I want to print record of 5 years back, so I want to use =YEAR(TODAY()) so user don't have to change every year. Even though the formula is correct, after FR View, the value shown is 0. For the formula to display value, I want to use =IF(FRACCT("ROLLUPSW")="No",FRAMT("RABALY.2020"),"-") , but no success. It only show #N/A.

Expand your SPEC named range after adding the columns/rows:
In Excel go to Formulas > Name Manager and look for "Spec", Edit and then expand the range to include the new rows and columns, then hit OK.
Tip: to verify that the SPEC named range is correct go to the Name Box and click the drop down arrow, then click Spec. Your report range should be selected.

To get the year use =@FR("Year")-5
FR("Year") gives you the year selected when running the report, this way it dynamically adjusts based on the user's selection. Lets say the current year is 2020 but for some reason the user wants to run the report for 2019, then this formula will correctly calculate the years.
