My client has 3 databases on their Terminal Server, they also use Customisation Directories.

\COMPANY-A\CUSTOM\GL66A\ENG

\COMPANY-B\CUSTOM\GL66A\ENG

\COMPANY-C\CUSTOM\GL66A\ENG

When Printing Financial Statement using Print Financial Statement Option, the Statement Name (the folder location & statement name) reverts to the last printed statement depending on when the user last printed statement.

Even if Save Settings as Default is selected, it does not keep that setting when you re-open this window.

This is very strange.

Any ideas?
