Hi,

I have a test company with 20 banks defined which I exported in excel to import to the production company. Import fails on record 1 with the error "There is no entry for statement currency in this bank's valid transaction currencies."  Although the error seems pretty clear, In the second tab of the excel file "Bank currencies", the bank currency is correctly defined (currency, rate type, and fx accounts).

I am using Sage 2022.0. and I have checked that.

1. I created the bank manually and it added fine. exported it but could not detect any differences between the two file entries.

2. The GL account of the bank is multicurrency with the statement currency defined the same as the account default currency. Write off and charges account defined as multicurrency accepting all currencies.

3. I tried exporting only the necessary fields just to create the banks in production but the error persists.

4. I tried CSV export - same problem

What could be the problem?  it must be something simple that I am overseeing.....
