Customer Creation and Update Failure When Adding Address Information

Greetings,

The A/R Customers -> Customers screen disappears and fails to create a new customer or update an existing customer when adding address information.

This problem only happens on a single workstation running Sage 300 2022 PU3 on Windows 11 Pro. It does not seem to be linked to a particular user or permissions issue. Our other Sage 300 workstations do not encounter the problem. They are a mix of Windows 11 and Windows 10. This particular workstation is our most recent Sage 300 installation.

The only third party module we use with Sage 300 is AvaTax from Avalara.

We have tried to repair the Sage 300 installation, but the problem persists.
