Reinstall WSSETUP\Setup.exe, looks like you're missing MSXML or other Microsoft ODBC drivers.

And after that run Tairox install check - in that tool run Regacc and then the install check.

It is a RDS server, all other users connect the same server with Remote Desktop without problem.

only one old user connect this server with Remote Desktop has this issue only.

Hi Marius Yung check for a weird default printer for the users with the problem.  I've had troubles like this when a user has a label writer or an invalid RDS follow-we-print driver as their default.  Make sure their default is the same as all the other users who its working for.  If that doesn't work let us know.
