Hi All,

May I know is this the limitation in Sage 300 2017 PU6 whereby user unable to import AR Invoice line comments with line break?

One of our clients encountered this issue recently.

At first, this client was in Sage 300 2017 PU3. Hence, we upgraded to PU6. Still getting the same error msg.

Below is the excel template. The template contains line comments with line break.

Below is the AR Invoice Entry import process screenshot.

After imported, the detail comment is shown in 1 line. By default, it should show comment in paragraph with line breaks as in excel template (figure above).

Anyone has any idea where goes wrong?
