Good morning,

My client is doing her first year end in 6.0.  She is using MS SQL 2008 R2 for her database engine and running everything locally on a Windows 7 machine.  Her retained earnings account is set up and in place.  She used the Create New Year feature and it advanced her year and told her that everything closed out successfully.  However, there are balances in her expense accounts.  Any idea why this would happen?  I suspect we will need to roll back to her backup and re-do the year end close but I am wondering what might have went wrong in the event this is unsuccessful.  This is one of the minor holding companies with very little data but their big company's year end is coming up and I would prefer that we have this issue solved prior to that.  

Any ideas?
