Thought the point in moving to Aatrix was to avoid having to print forms, so why can't these be generated to PDF via Aatrix? Do we now have to go back and tell our clients to buy forms after selling the cloud solution?

Unfortunately, Aatrix reports can be generated to PDFs. And if your client chose Other Option when printing forms like W2s, they will have to buy forms via Sage Forms whether it is a cloud solution or on premise.

When Aatrix prompts the user to add paper to a local printer, this is for an employer copy and can be generated on plain paper and is human readable, similar to the printed W-2, I'm told, so that might be an answer, as well.

I've never seen so much confusing on printing out reports.  Our clients are confused and confusion on using Aatrix is throughout the business partner community.

I am not upgrading Payroll clients to V7 for this exact reason - hopefully Sage will relent and bring back the Crystal option along with the Aatrix option - maybe if folks vote here it will help

This is a problem.  Very awkward.

In addition I have one client, so far,  that is very upset that it appears that all their information is being pushed up to aatrix including employee SSAN's and they have no choice in the matter.
