If you are printing T4s via the Lase for Employees form, you may have encountered the following:

• For EI Exempt employees, the “X” is printed in the CPP Exempt box
• For CPP Exempt employees, the “X” goes to EI Exempt box

We are currently working on a fix but in the meantime, a workaround is to use the Plain Paper Form.
