ARBTA.DEPDATE

I swear I cannot find that field.

The below is a link to the AOM that matches the one I'm using, and the table ARBTA that I'm looking at in Micrsoft query right now.  And like it says there are only DEPSTNBR and DEPSEQ for deposit info.  I can't see the DEPDATE field anywhere.

I've double checked we are using Sage 300 Premium ERP (Version 2012).

You're looking at an older version of the AOM, the field was added in newer versions.

It should. Are you linked to the correct database?

Are you sure you have Sage 300 ERP 2012? Click on Help, System INformation and check the version info.

Also check which version of AR is activated.

I'm not 100% sure on the database, just due to my limited knowledge, but my sage guy has said specifically the one I'm using is the one with the company data in it.

This is really puzzling.

Oh wait my mistake, DEPDATE is a calculated field and it is not a field in the ARBTA table..

BKTRANH.TRANSDATE where BKTRANH.TRANSNUM = ARBTA.DEPSTNBR the deposit number you see on the AR receipt entry screen.

I have constructed a workaround in Microsoft Query that gets me what I need based on your SQL statement above (I'm sure you would cringe but it saves me, for now anyway, from having to really dive in to learning SQL, haha).
