AP Revaluation - unable to change options

A client was processing provisional AP revaluations, they processed as at March 31, 2014, and got that they were no records to be processed.

The issue is that each time they open the revaluation screen it comes up with that date run and they have been unable to change the date or any options on that screen - has anyone come across such an issue before and if so how was it resolved?

    Hi Collin,

    For this issue, does the client receive the same problem in sample data?  If sample data is ok, the problem may be with the database.  Also, confirm that the latest PU (product update) is installed.  Next, check the restart maintenance window in administrative services to see if any processes need to be completed.

    Hi Louis,

    The database is my suspect, as it does not happen in another database (did not have them test the sample because we know it works otherwise). Latest PU loaded, its v2012 product. and the restart maintenance was clean.
