Budget - Lock Fiscal Year

I am using Sage 300 ERP 2014 Edition. Just beginning to familiarize myself with the budget maintenance section. I see that you can ‘lock’ a budget set but can you lock a ‘fiscal year’? I want to prevent inadvertently making changes to the previous year’s budget. Feedback would be appreciated.

I did go to the Common Services, Fiscal Calendar as suggested by another user, unfortunately, it does not have the budget as a selection to lock. I don't want to lock everything, just the budget for a fiscal calendar. Oh well - maybe they could put this in with the next upgrade. :) Thanks!
