Check your dates, they're in a different fiscal period.

The Date is right it falls in the right period. I think its an issue with a receipt set up to be deposited in to bank. Let me know if anyone has experienced a same problem or has a solution for this situation

I repeat, check your work.  

Your deposit date for the AR receipt batch and the Posting date for the receipt entries are in different periods.

Make your reconciliation date the same date are your deposit date, find the deposits that need to be cleared, then change the Reconciliation date to the month that you are trying to reconcile.  So if your trying to reconcile January and the deposit date was Feb 15, change the reconcilation date to Feb 15, clear the deposit but change the reconcile date to January 31, save the bank rec and then go back and change you're reconcilation date back to Jan 31.

If you want Sage to fix this good luck, I've been trying for over 4 year and have given up on it.  Took me three years to figure out this work around for it.
