Re: Citrix - FR Save As not able to see Local C drive

Hi

We just upgraded our clients to Sage 300 ERP 2014 using Citrix. When they print the Financial Report and wanted to

save the file, user is unable to see other drive (local drives of individual PC).

Any help is much appreciated.

That depends on the Citrix client settings, it's not anything to do with Sage or FR.

    Hi

We have tried and the Citrix client setting is already configured to enabled. When we browse for the Financial Report we are able to see all the drives that include the mapped drive and the client local drive.

But however at the <Print Financial Statement>, after we have selected the Financial Statement and select <File> instead of <Preview or Printer or Email>, and it prompt me to save to a location. Here the screen display only the drive available in the Citrix but not the local drive of the client.

When we tried to print any Sage 300 standard reports and exporting crystal report, exporting master files, user could see and select the local client drives.

Note : Client is using Citrix XenApp Advanced ver 7.6.

    Anyone any experience or suggestion?

    Thanks in advance
