We have had 2 clients install the 7.2D tax table and they are on pervasive running Sage 300 2014, and after activating the 7.2 D tax table, their payroll data was gone! Both instances the client did the download and install themselves, just like previous other times for tax updates the first client we figured was a fluke, but the second came along and we think there is an issue. there have been other reports of this that we know of at other partners. Only option is to restore, from before the payroll update and redownload the update and try again. Anyone else had this yet?

Um, support for Pervasive has been dropped after 2014.
Payroll 7.2 is post 2014, so I'm not sure how this is going to affect database support. You may need to contact Sage support to confirm what the supported database is for Payroll 7.2

We have done a couple of upgrades on Pervasive databases with no issues. I'm not sure if Product Update 3 is required, but all of our clients have that activated. Not sure if this would help, but maybe check for that product update and be sure that the latest versions are activated. After PU3 some modules required reactivation.

under 2014 its supported. Sage Support suggested restoring the data and try again. problem is most clients don't backup for a tax table upgrade
