You need to do a bank reconciliation and then clear history. After that you should be able to delete the bank.

Then you missed some. Query the BKTRANH and BKTRAND tables for the bank, if you cleared the history then there will be no records for that bank. You also may have to clear AP and AR history since payments and deposits reference the bank.

I checked the tables and clearing the history seemed to have deleted all the transactions for the bank code except the ones I made today in Bank Entry? I tried clearing the history many times and setting the date even past today to see if it would clear them but they still appear in BKTRAND and BKTRANH, if it makes any difference the entries were posted as ADMIN.

I posted the bank rec, but the problem was because I had to post the transaction before the "days eligible to clear" that is setup in the bank. Then it seemed to clear history fine and allow me to delete the bank account. Thank you very much for your help.
