AP Reports requesting Parameters following upgrade to Sage 300 2016

Client was upgraded from version 6.0a to 2016 yesterday. Since the upgrade none of the Accounts Payable reports will print. When we try to run any reports a screen comes up requesting a number of parameters be entered. All other modules (GL/AR/PO/CP) are working fine. Any suggestions as to what I can do to rectify the situation. This is with all AP reports.

The client is running MSSQL 2014 server. One other note, this was formerly a Pervasive database and was converted to MSSQL as part of the upgrade.

I would reinstall the AP module. Something is amiss there.

I uninstalled and reinstalled all of the programs, still no joy. Strange that it is only the AP. I have a copy of the client data here and it runs perfectly.

Check to be sure their aprpt.ini is current (try copying yours in its place to test). Also check their customization directory and see if they have old versions of reports or dlls there. There's a mismatch between the report the program is trying to run and the section of the ini file that feeds parameters to it.

One of the first things I did was copy that file over .. will check the customization directory .. thanks.
