Error when I try to email a AR invoice to customers.

Hi all, 

I have a customised form which I have tested and tried the email to customer function(in AR) from my end and it was successful(Sage 300 2014 PU3)

My client is also using the same version and update when she sends, she encountered this error. "Crystal Reports Error: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

Please advise.

    There were some horrible crystal report bugs in that release. Uninstall workstation setup (or the full install) and then clear out the Crystal client files (you will have to do some research), then rerun workstation setup. Hopefully that fixes the problem, I've had mixed results doing this. If all else fails then contact Sage support.
