Change \\ACCTid to \\ACCTGROUP

Thanks, I thought I tried that previously but apparently not.

The only problem now is that those accounts that got grouped, although the dollars are properly combined, there is no line description, it is blank in front of the dollars on those rows. How do I get a description to print? The account groups have names but those names are not showing up.

There is no function to pull the account group descriptions, so you will have to get creative.

Then why would FR allow you to consolidate by account group, which is probably a common thing to do, and not have a way to pull some sort of description? That doesn't make sense.

Dunno - I didn't write it. Lot's of things don't make sense. But you can group by account group if you wish to.

You can try using vlookup/hlookup in Excel to get group description. I know it's not as elegant, but still possible.
