My client is using Sage 300 2016 AR/AP/PO/GL. We have developed a program to integrate to Sage 300. We have been getting the following error in the event viewer since installation but we haven't had any problems within Sage and the customised program so far.

The description for Event ID 100 from source ACCPAC cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

The following information was included with the event:

The program IC0310 has been deleted or damaged.Write down the message. Exit ACCPAC and reinstall the application,then restart and retry the operation.

Any helps is much appreciated

But my client don't use IC module. They only have AR/AP/PO/GL

Then IC is referenced in your program. You need to get rid of that reference.

Then IC has been activated in the dataset. Click Help, System Information and look at the modules that have a red check mark next to them - if you see IC then you have a problem.

When PO is standalone without IC, the IC tables and views still exist. As Jay said, review your code for reference to IC and change it to PO. IC0310 is reading the ICITEM. PO without IC should reference POITEM. Not sure, but should be PO0124 instead of IC0310.

Additional note. On the machine where the app was developed, IC is installed and so the reference always existed. IC does not exist in the clients environment, so the error to the reference showed up. Remove IC from your development environment.
