after the payroll update, the savings/checking fields are blank and cannot be filled in.

The latest Sage 300 payroll update is 7.2D, not 7.2E. Are you in the right forum?

good morning Jay, have not heard from you in quite some time. Sage 300 ERP 2014 running latest payroll. This update came out a few weeks ago. 7.2E.

Ah, I see it now. The stupid Sage KB doesn't show it on the "Latest Updates" list, 7.2D is on top, so you have to search for it. I'll take a look.

SAMINC works fine with 7.2E, the Savings/Checking dropdown is there and selectable.

the drop downs work but they are blank. the data is in the tables just not visible. I guess I will call support. Thanks Jay.

Try deleting _P.ISM.

no luck, still blank. I saw a posting about modified payroll forms but I did not think that was applicable. It mentioned copying a DLL file from the old folder.
