Error activating Purchase order 6.2A

I am upgrading from Sage Accpac 5.6 to Sage 300 ERP 2014. I have the following modules, AP, AR, GL. I dumped the data from 5.6 and loaded it into Sage 300 ERP 2014 and all went fine. I have activated the modules without any headache. However I was not using OE and PO in 5.6 but it comes with Sage 300 ERP 2014 so I decided to activate it. How ever I get the following error message.

Description: Damaged data. Additional Cost Tax. Table POACD already exists.
Source: 16:46:07 - Purchase Orders 6.2A

Please help

IC is included in the modules that I already use

Please explain more. I have never used PO or OE before so there is no previous data. I only had AP,AR,GL and IC in the previous version and that has been successfully activated. Where will the bad data be and how do I find out. Thanks

Delete all OE records from CSAPP and DATADICT, and OE and PO tables from the database, then dbdump/dbload.

Deleted all OE records from CSAPP and DATADICT, and OE and PO tables from the database and re activated and it worked fine. Thanks
