When I enter this in SQL Server, how would this be entered if the Customer ID was AMAZON to BLUECHIP?

That's an Accpac macro, not a SQL macro

I created a MACRO and pasted the script. What next?

Import the customers again but set their status to 'Inactive' for the ones you wish to remove. Then use the 'Delete Inactive Records' process under Periodic Processing.

Export all customers in Excel
update inactive coulmn to customers you want to remove
then import , it will update all as in active
go to periodic proccess
delete inactive customers
