Does this only happen in the transfers screen?  Do you have any add-ons that aren't installed on this workstation? Did anything change since it last worked?

You might need to re-install Sage. Check the list of applications under Help, System Information and see if any apps with a red check mark are missing a description.  This can mean that you have a third party application that is no longer installed properly.
