UI Info "Stopped working" on selected objects (example PO1310)

Hi All,

I have installed Sage300 v2017 on a Win7 Pro workstation, with PU3.

When running the UI Info, the P/O1310 will flash the P/O Receipt Screen, then go into a "UI Container has stopped working". This workstation is a fresh PC which nothing else.

Please advice

Why are you running UI info?

Hi Jay,

I have a vb6 project with the P/O UI ocx. When I open the form, it also "stop working....".

So I wanted to ensure the UI info is correct. Then I found out the UI info also error.

1. Open CMD Prompt

2. CD \

3. DEL *.EXD /S

Hi Jay,

Still the same error. I can see the UI actually flash in the background, then the error popup.

Contact Sage tech support, it's broken in PU2, too.

i installed PU3, still not fixed ?

saw a few post on the UI broke in 2017. It was sometime back, thought it was settled.
