I get the error shown below only when trying to edit customers or vendors.  I am the only person who gets the error.  I log in directly to the server while everyone else logs in via RDP.  All other functions seem to be OK.  I run Sage 300 as an administrator, have re-run regacc and the workstation install, also as administrator and the problem persists.  This is v2017 PU3, upgrading from v6.  I see the recommended solution is to reinstall the product, but since I am the only one seeing this, is that the best next step or is it likely to be a permissions issue?  I "only" access the system for support, so getting this to work is a "wish" rather than a "need" but the users are nervous about having it at all.
