Purchase Order - You do not have a license to use this product

Hi,

We have created a test environment on a standalone PC to test the upgrade of Sage 300 Premium Edition 2018 version with PU1.

Everything is working fine except:

we get an error popping up (picture attached) on clicking any icon of Purchase Order Module. However, if we access the same Purchase Order icons through Visual Process Flow, windows are opening without and everything is working without any problem. All other modules are also working fine but issue with only Purchase Order Module.

What should I look into to fix this problem?

Thank you Jay.

PO License had already been activated from the very beginning without any problems (see pic attached). I can also see the LIC file properly added to the shared data directory (see pic attached).

I had mentioned in my earlier post that clicking on any Purchase Order icon through "Purchase Order" module is throwing the error "You do not have a license to use this product" but every other module is working perfectly fine. So the problem is only in Purchase Order Module.

One interesting but strange issue is if I click on Purchase Order icons through "Visual Process Flow" it works fine and I can use anything available in "Visual Process Flow" for Purchase Order.

What else might I be missing?
