sage 300 2018 workstation : can not access to the database

I have installed the sage 300 2018 workstation in window 10 64-bit and get the error message said that cannot access the database.

And then checking the ODBC 32-bit find that the SQL server has error " SQL server network interfaces: Error Locating Server/ interface specified [XFFFFFFFF]." How can I solve? Thanks

Your server doesn't exist, or its firewall is blocking SQL.
