Unfortunately I don't think there is. I believe most of our clients are entering a GL-JE for the accrual liability either manually or by importing. If you want to create an enhancement request you have my up vote.

I'm not sure if this helps, but there's a formula that accrues hours, in which you can set up as a pay id (as units) in Payroll.  If you do the following, you'll find the formula, in which you can modify based on your policy:

Tools; Formulas;  click on "Index" (then PR - Formulas)

The formula is named:  PR Auto Accrue Vac Hours

Have this auto calculate every pay period, and the hours should automatically show on the paystubs.

Where do I get this from? ie Where do I find "Tools"?

FYI, those steps do not apply to Sage 300 ERP, you must be using different software.

Open Payroll and on the menu bar, you will find the "Tools" button

If you're running Sage 300 ERP, there are no such tools.

I'm on DSage 300 Construction and Real Estate. 

That must look different, because I don't see this in Sage 300 regular. I click on the Canadian Payroll module, but there is no Tools menu.  Perhaps this is just something in C&RE.

The Open Payroll process is specific to Sage HRMS Payroll and not available in Sage 300 payroll.
