I used to get an error like this when install it on Windows 10, but not on Windows Server, so I re-install my windows then install Sage again and it can run well.

So maybe you can re-install your Windows Server and try to install the Sage again.

Yes So i decided to reinstall over the weekend and now it is working fine. Just need to solved another issue with the Sage intelligence cloud which is not working now. It is keep saying You are not authorized to view this page, even though user has been given web api security.

About the Sage intelligence cloud I have not tried it yet because after I installed the Sage 300 2018 pu 2 there is no menu to open the Sage intelligence cloud in the webscreen althought I had checked Report Intelligence when installed it

You need to change the web.config for Admin to be able to access the webapi and then you will need to assign user in the common services security for WebAPI access and GL Financial reporter
