DESKTOP has stopped working

We just upgraded a client to Sage 300 2018.  All the workstations but one are working fine.  One workstation gets a DESKTOP has stopped working when attempting to log on to their live company.  It works fine when attempting to log in to SAMINC or SAMSYS.

Any ideas?

    I often comes across this error on one of my sites. I often have to reinstall or rerun WSSETUP on the two terminal servers to have it working again. I always wonder what really breaks the installation because it happens every month. The only thing that I have observed is that the Production Server and the two terminal servers are often requiring Windows Updates. Could the need for Windows Updates be the cause of this intermittent problem?
