We can customize Sage 300 in many ways.  What specifically are you looking for?

We are looking for a system with following modules - finance with student fees collection, supply chain management, inventory management and HR with payroll management. Is approval matrix there in all modules of Sage?

The modules available in Sage 300 include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Services, Inventory Control, Order Entry, Purchase Order, Payroll (U.S. or Canadian), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Job Costing.  Sage HR can be added with integration to payroll.

What do you mean by 'approval matrix'?

I mean authority matrix.

 We are looking this software for our university. Student fee collection and tracking are our main requirement. Can these requirements also customize in sage?

I need one more confirmation regarding location. This requirement is in Iraq. Is Sage providing service in Iraq?

I assume authority matrix is the software users security authorizations (Who can do what in the software).  Student fee collection and tracking sounds like accounts receivable invoices and cash receipts to me but not sure if you mean something else.  I'm a Sage 300 reseller in the United States and I do not have any clients in Iraq but I believe it is supported in Iraq.  The only languages available are English, Spanish, French and Chinese.

Authority matrix means, there will be set manager / supervisor who can authorise / approve the entries that are entered by other users. Those entries will hit on ledgers only after the approval.

I meant about the student fees collection. Can sage customize a docuement to enter student names as customer with course fee details and make receipts (fees collection) against those accounts.

We are Sage 300 resellers based in Cyprus. We have a client that is a school. We use AR Recurring charges to invoice parents and sponsors yearly or quarterly. Fees are charged based on fee structure considering the year the student attends.

So as I understood, we can create each student as customer and fix a fee based on his/her course. Then AR Recurring invoice can be issued for each student and corresponding amount recurring on months / quarterly / yearly based on requirement. This entry will hit into revenue and receivable accounts as configured in AR Recurring Invoice(months / quarterly / yearly).

Correct.

With supply chain, I presume you mean purchases for the school. Sage does have an inventory and Purchase orders modules. Also we use Norming asset management for computing depreciation (links to AP and PO). We also use Norming HRMS for HR and payroll management. As far as authorisations, there are different ways: Posting transactions can be restricted (this is build in) and AP Payments approvals can be authorised through an add on product.
