Sage 300 web screens problem

SOLVED

Hi,

A client has Sage 2019 (joined to their on premises domain) with web screens installed. They now have a remote user that connects over VPN to their network to access sage web screens.

On first sign on (cache cleared), the image of Sage 300 icon is not displayed (browser console reports: HTTP401: DENIED - The requested resource requires user authentication.). Once the Sage 300 credentials are entered, the user is asked to sign on to windows multiple times (5 in total). Then, once in Sage he gets an error :

Looking into the console of the browser the error is: HTTP500: SERVER ERROR - The server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request.

However, sage now works fine....

I can see in IIS that for the Sage300 website Anonymous authentication as well as Windows authentication are enabled.

Any suggestions?

Regards,

Marios
