Hi there, thank you for your reply. Are you saying SageCity does not support Sage 300ERP 2014 version or are you saying the Company "Sage" does not support Sage 300 ERP 2014 version?

It would be wonderful to get clarity on this?

From a business perspective we no longer offering support to partners or customers on that version.  But are more than happy to facilitate a move to a current supported version.

Hi Andy,

As our Sage 300 product is supported via a partner channel Sage - so the partner will provide Level 1 support to you and Sage will provide that partner with Level 2 support.  If a query is raised with Sage for a version that is not supported we will advise that Sage is no longer providing support on that version.

Short answer:

Sage wont support tweaks to this old version, but your Business Partner AND this forum will continue to support your version/

So overall not too bad.
