Start by deleting the _P.ISM file for that company and user.

Where can I find that file?  Also, is it safe to delete while users are on?

I can see now that "<MY COMPANY>_P.ism" it is in the Shared data folder under the user.  The issue exists for all users.  So how do I remedy that?

Delete (or rename) one, see if that fixes it.  If it does, then delete the rest of them.
