I need to migrate Sage 300 to a new server at a client. The server part I have under control, my question refers to the workstations that has the Workstation Setup on them. Is it safe to merely update the desktop shortcuts to point to the new server share, and update the registry on each PC to also point to the new installation, or should I just bite the bullet, uninstall & reinstall the WSSetup on each machine?
