That looks like a custom function that was created for you, contact your local consultant for assistance.

One thing you can try in the meantime is to copy the file a4wcrInterop.dll from your program files/Runtime folder and paste into the same directory where your macro or exe are located.

This isn't a custom function.  It is part of the marvellous Key Communications system produced by Pacific Technologies.  Your consultant or you should refer to them for support.  They have very responsive and knowledgeable tech support.
