Sage 2021 with the latest Product update- when printing to a file for email

We have a client using Sage 300 2021 with the latest product updates intstalled.  Previous to this week, when the user generated a report and selected the export to create a PDF file, and then selected email, Sage would open outlook and they were able to send the reports out.

Now, we have filled in the email server settings on the company profile (email tab), and now when she does the same function it does not bring up outlook, but a Windows mail screen to use to send.  Is there a way to get this to go back to opening Outlook?
